My least favorite thing in Leopard is the new dock … sure it’s nice and reflective, but if you put it to the side, it isn’t so pretty …and the circles instead of arrows just doesn’t seem right to me.

So are we supposed to describe our least favorite feature or how we like Safari? Well, I’ll do both.
-Safari: I love the new Safari. I like the new look, new tabs, and SnapBack (but I am not sure if it’s new). The look is great, they made it match everything else in Leopard. I really like how you can drag tabs in and out of the dock, and it has a nice little effect when you do. But I think that SnapBack is a great idea. If I am browsing through Wikipedia I can mark the article that I started on and when I get sidetracked I can just snap back to it by hitting the keystroke.
-Worst feature: Sadly every great operating system has it’s flaws. The feature I don’t like is actually a part of a feature. I really just don’t like how when I use stacks with a magnified effect dock the stack stays floating way above the dock when I go to select an item. And the dock is a little weird, but I think I can get used to it.

My least favourite feature of Safari is the search bar. How I wish that Inquisitor can be installed by default. I’m sure if anyone here would agree with me.

Safari, while improved, still can’t replace Firefox until it supports extensions in the same manner Firefox does.

Is it just me or did the topic we were supposed to be doing changed after I posted? Oh well, it’s in the rules that “We can change the rules at any time, before, after or during the contest” So I guess that’s what happened. Anyway, now that that’s changed, I don’t think I’ll bother making a correction entry, I’ll leave that as is.

My least favorite feature of Safari 3.0 is the inability to allow popups on specific sites but not all (Firefox has it). It means I have to turn off the popup blocker in order to use some critical sites, but now I get pop-ups all the time.

My least favorite feature of Safari is it’s RSS reader. There are so many free and paid alternatives, that I’m not even sure if anyone even uses the built in RSS reader anymore. It is difficult when you have more than a few feeds in Safari, and there really isn’t any simple and quick way to access the feed items. If there was any feature of Safari that could be improved immensely or done away with completely, it would be Safari’s RSS reader.
