BusySync is an easy way to sync multiple iCal calendars between multiple macs. It works effortly and easily over bonjour for no complicated configuration sharing. Multi-user editing works great for Family’s, Coworkers, Friends or anyone on your local network, and password support with privileges allow you to share calendar with different access settings, such as Read/Write, Read only, or no access. There are also some other very good features such as Offline access to remote calendars, with the content automaticially syncing.

I highly reccomend BusySync for sharing calendars, the only problem I have with it is the need to buy a license for each computer you use BusySync with.
